鸡毛蛋白助剂对活性染料染色固色效果的研究

摘　　要：选用鸡毛蛋白助剂对活性染料染色棉织物进行浸渍法固色处理,探讨了鸡毛蛋白助剂用量、交联剂WLS用量、氢氧化钠用量、蛋白助剂处理时间与交联剂处理时间等固色工艺条件对染色棉织物耐摩擦色牢度和耐洗色牢度的影响,确定出最佳固色工艺:60℃下用40%鸡毛蛋白助剂处理20 min,然后加入20%WLS助剂处理10 min,再加入12%氢氧化钠继续处理20 min,最后水洗至中性。并且采用最佳工艺处理后织物的耐摩擦色牢度和耐洗色牢度均有所提高,而织物的横向强力略有下降。This paper makes fixation treatment on the reactive dyed cotton fabrics through impregnation method by using the feather keratin agent,analyzes the influences of applied amount of feather keratin agent,crosslinking agent WLS and caustic soda,the treating time of feather keratin agent and crosslinking agent on the fastness to rubbing and fastness to washing,and finally determines the optimized fixation technology： 40% feather keratin agent treats the fabric for 20 minutes under the temperature of 60 ℃,then 20% WLS is applied and the treatment lasts for 10 minutes,next 12% caustic soda is applied and the treatment lasts for 20 minutes,and at last washing is applied till neutral point.The results show that the fastness to rubbing and fastness to washing are improved,but the horizontal tensile strength is reduced to some degree.
