摘　　要：子痫前期-子痫是妊娠期特有的疾病,出现全身血管痉挛状态,导致多器官功能损害,严重危害母儿健康。硫酸镁具有心血管、中枢神经系统保护作用,广泛应用于子痫前期-子痫的治疗。进一步论述硫酸镁在子痫前期-子痫治疗中的作用及相关机制,将有助于指导临床用药,降低婴儿死亡率。Pre-eclampsia/eclampsia,a pregnancy-specific disease,with systemic vascular spasm,leading to multiple organ dysfunction,seriously harms the mother and child health.Magnesium sulfate with cardiovascular and central nervous system protection,is widely used in the treatment of pre-eclampsia/eclampsia.Therefore,the further study of magnesium sulfate in pre-eclampsia/eclampsia treatment and related mechanisms,will help to guide clinical medication and reduce infant mortality.
