摘 要:选用陕北枣区栽培的6个品种,以1年生休眠枝条为试验材料,经低温处理后,测定电导率、可溶性蛋白和丙二醛(MDA)含量,以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,比较4种测定方法的效果。结果表明,电导率、可溶性蛋白和丙二醛含量3种方法测定的枣品种抗寒性基本一致,可作为枣树枝条抗寒性的鉴定方法,尤其是电导率法简便、快速、准确;而SOD酶活性变化在品种之间没有规律性,不宜用于测定枣树的抗寒性。One year old dormant shoots of six leading cultivars of Chinese jujube collected from Northern Shaanxi were used as materials to be undergone low temperature,indices such as electrical conductivity,soluble protein and malondialdehyde(MDA) content,and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity were measured.The effectiveness of 4 methods was compared.The results showed that basically identical results for examining the cold resistence of Chinese jujube could be obtained from the first three methods,i.e.,by measuring the electrical conductivity,contents of soluble protein and MDA,which could be used in laboratory identification,in which the method of measuring electrical conductance was simple,rapid and accurate.No regularities were found in SOD activities among different species,showing it was not suitable to examine the cold resistance of Chinese jujube.
