摘　　要：在中国-东盟自由贸易区近10年的建设进程中,广东与东盟经贸关系快速发展,合作领域不断拓宽,合作层级不断升级,取得了积极成效。但是,在竞争日益激烈的环境下,广东与东盟经贸关系也存在着诸多的问题与不足。2010年1月1日中国-东盟自由贸易区正式启动,为广东与东盟之间的经贸合作带来了机遇与挑战。本文通过论述广东与东盟经贸关系的现状,剖析其中不足及原因,并讨论中国-东盟自由贸易区建成后对广东发展与东盟经贸关系的影响。During the ten-year construction of the China-ASEAN free trade area （ CAFI＇A ） , the economic trade relationship between Guangdong and ASEAN has made great progress, both in the cooperation field and cooperation level. But with the strong competition brought by other Chinese provinces, there are some problems in the cooperation. CAFTA finished its establishment on 1st January 2010, which would bring some opportunities to Guangdong, as well as the challenges. The article first analyzes the positive features of the economic trade relationship between Guangdong and ASEAN, secondly discusses the problems and its causes, and then analyzes the establishment of CAFI＇A influences on economic traderelationship between Guangdong and ASEAN in the future.
