摘  要:介绍了抚顺石油化工研究院(FRIPP)的马来酸二甲酯(DMM)加氢制1,4丁二醇(BDO)催化剂研究情况。该催化剂采用共沉淀方法制备,将含铜和铝的化合物以及其它助剂组分配制成酸性溶液,然后与碱性溶液以并流方式进行共沉淀反应,然后经洗涤、干燥、致密化、成型和焙烧等过程制备成FHE催化剂,催化剂的评价结果表明活性和选择性达到了国外同类参比剂的水平。Research status of catalysts for preparing 1,4-butanediol(BDO)by hydrogenation of dimethyl maleate(DMM) in Fushun research institute of petroleum & petrochemicals(FRIPP)was introduced.The catalysts were prepared by co-precipitation method.The acidic solution containing copper-aluminum compounds and other additives was co-precipitated with the alkaline solution by parallel flow.Then,FHE series catalysts were prepared via water washing,drying,densifying,forming and calcination.Finally,the performance test results show that the catalysts have same reaction activity and selectivity as the reference catalyst abroad.
