摘  要:油田开发进入中后期以后,随着综合含水的上升,井筒结垢、腐蚀严重,影响了油井的正常生产。针对隔采井无法实施环空加药、边探井和套压控制油井加药难度大及机械式井下点滴加药装置无法控制加药流速三类问题,提出了井下智能点滴加药装置的研制思路及结构原理。该装置充分利用电子智能控制技术,实现了井下药剂的每日连续、定时、定量投加,满足不同井的加药需求,油井加药量可控,是井下油井加药技术的一次飞跃。In the mid-later period of oil field development, with rise of comprehensive water-containing, deposit and corrosion of the wellhole have affected normal production of the oil well.In this paper, aiming at the problem of agent injection for the interlayer well,the remote well and controlling casing pressure well, the research thinking and structure principle of automatical downhole agent injection device were put forward. The device can make full use of electronic smart control technique and realize continual, regular, quantitative downhole agent injection daily to meet the agent injection need of different wells, and it can control agent dosage. Successful application of the device is a leap in the downhole agent injection technology of oil wells.
