摘  要:冷热原油顺序输送不同于输送单种原油,建立了非稳态传热的数学模型,采用CFD软件对输送冷热原油20 h后距出站口不同距离管道周围的土壤温度变化规律进行了数值模拟。模拟发现,输送热油,管道周围土壤温度场有不同程度的上升。距出站口越近其温度上升的越明显。随着热油在管道内向前运行,管外土壤温度会有较大幅度的升高但随输油时间的延长增加的幅度会逐渐减小;输送冷油,其周围土壤温度有不同程度的降低。距出站口越近,与管段相对应的土壤温度降低得越大,受管内冷油影响的周围土壤区域越大。Batch transportation of cold and heat crude oil is different from transportation of single crude oil. In this paper, through establishing an unsteady mathematical model of heat transfer, temperature change rule of soil around pipeline at different points with different distance from inlet after transporting cold or heat oil for 20 h was numerically simulated by CFD software. The simulation results show that while conveying heat oil, soil temperature rises. The closer the distance from inlet, the higher temperature rising. Along with conveying heat oil in pipe, soil temperature around the pipeline will substantially rise, but increasing range will gradually reduce with prolonging of conveying oil time; While conveying cold oil, soil temperature around the pipeline reduces.
