参附注射液在重度烧伤休克期的应用

摘　　要：目的观察在重度烧伤患者休克期液体复苏中应用参附注射液治疗的临床疗效。方法将54例重度烧伤患者随机分为治疗组28例和对照组26例。两组患者常规抗休克治疗相同,治疗组加用参附注射液静滴。观察两组患者治疗后血乳值、尿量、心率、血压、输液量及进出比的变化,并作比较。结果治疗组治疗后血乳酸、尿量、心率、血压、输液量及进出比的改善优于对照组,临床复苏稳定效果明显好于对照组。结论参附注射液应用于重度烧伤休克治疗可明显提高疗效,改善循环,保护脏器功能,对于帮助患者平稳度过烧伤休克期,减少后期并发症有重要意义。Objective：To explore the effect of Shenfu Injection in the shock stage of severe burn with fluid resuscitation.Methods：54 severe burn patients were randomly divided into the treatment group including 28 cases and the control group including 26 cases.Besides that routine therapies in two groups,the Shenfu Injection was added in the treatment group.Some indices were observed after treatment including the blood lactic acid,the urine volume,the heart rate,the blood pressure,the transfusion amount and the ratio of in and out.Results：After treatment,some indices in the treatment group were better than those in the control group such as the blood lactic acid,the urine volume,the heart rate,the blood pressure and so on.The clinical resuscitation effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group significantly.Conclusion：Being Used the shenfu Injection,the effect of severe burn shock is improved obviously.Moreover,the circulation and the organ function can be protected by the Shenfu Injection.It can reduce late complications to help patients smoothly live through the shock stage of severe burn.
