摘　　要：本文通过结合我国创业板市场的实际发展状况，即，即我国创业板市场从启动之日起就呈现出高发行价、高市盈率、股价波动大等特征．其市场风险整体上要大于主板市场。近期随着市场的调整和中期业绩陆续发布，创业板的市场风险将会逐步凸显，值得各方加以重点关注和防范。进而对我国创业板市场的风险进行了解，并提出相应的解决措施，并对其投资价值进行相应的研究。By combining the GEM market of the actual state of development, namely, the growth enterprise market from the start date for showing a high issue price, high price-earnings ratio, price fluctuation and other features. The market risk of the whole is greater than the motherboard market. With the recent market adjustment and the interim results released in stages, the GEM market risk will gradually highlights, deserve to be focused and prevention. Then on the Growth Enterprise Market of my understanding of the risks and propose appropriate solutions, and the value of their investment analysis.
