2006～2010年精神药品的利用分析

摘　　要：目的了解我院精神药品使用情况和用药趋势。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对我院2006～2010年精神药品应用数据及相关指标进行统计和分析。结果我院精神药品的消耗金额逐年增加,销售金额位居前3位的分别是咪达唑仑注射液、曲马多缓释片、曲马多注射液。艾司唑仑片的DDDs稳居第一,氯硝西泮片DDDs稳步上升,曲马多注射液用量呈下降趋势。结论我院精神药品使用基本合理,但仍需进一步规范临床用药及不良反应的监测。Objective To understand our use of psychotropic drugs and drug-used trend.Methods Using medicine in our ranking,the application of date of narcotics and psychotropic substances were statistics and analyzed during 2006 to 2010.Results Our consumption of psychotropic drugs increased year by year,sales amount of the amount of the top three of hebron were Microphones Paclobutrazol injection,HuanShiPian,Tramadol Hydrochloride Sustained Releases Tablets and Tramadol Hydrochloride injection.The DDDs of Estazolam tablets ranked first,the DDDs of Clonazepam tablets was rising steadily,the application of Tramadol Hydrochloride injection had dropped.Conclusion Our basic reasonable use of psychotropic drugs,but still need further standardize clinical drug and monitoring adverse reaction.
