脊髓损伤后发生自主神经反射异常的护理

摘　　要：目的总结脊椎损伤后发生自主神经反射异常的护理要点和健康宣教。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2010年12月,发生自主神经反射异常的31例患者的护理。结果 31例发生自主神经反射异常的患者通过护理干预取得了良好的效果,未出现脑出血及死亡病例发生。结论脊髓损伤的患者发生自主神经反射异常时,通过积极去除诱因,做好大小便的管理,及向患者及家属做好健康宣教工作,可及时有效的控制相关症状。Objective To summarize the nursing points and health education for patients with autonomic dysreflexia.Methods From January 2008 to october 2010,the nursing for 31 patients with AD was retrospectively analyzed.Results Nursing interventions achieved good effects on patients with AD.Patients of brain hemorrhage and death are not resulted from autonomic dysreflexia.Conclusion Related symptoms can be timely and effectively controlled when AD occurs in patients with SCI,through health education for patients and their relatives,removing inducement and managing the patients＇ urination and defecation.
