摘　　要：新形势下,解决中国"三农"问题离不开金融支持。然而,就目前中国金融发展的地域结构看,农村金融的发展远远落后于城市金融,农村金融对"三农"的支持乏力,已成为农村经济发展的"瓶颈",成为新农村建设的重要制约因素。因此,协调城乡二元金融发展,特别是完善农村金融体系已迫在眉睫。本文分析了中国城乡二元金融结构的状况,探寻其障碍因素,并提出了针对性的政策建议。Financial support is necessary to resolve the rural issues in China nowadays.But rural finance development is far behind urban finance,and it fails to promote the rural issues resolution.Therefore,the coordination of urban and rural finance development,especially the improvement of rural finance system is urgent.This paper analyzes the financial structure of urban and rural conditions in China and explores the barriers and proposes specific suggestions.
