摘 要:多层砌体结构由于其施工简单、经济实用等自身优点,目前大量应用于我国的各类工业与民用建筑中。此类建筑物抗震鉴定对于抗震减灾意义重大。本文首先介绍了建筑结构抗震能力鉴定的流程,并结合西昌市某多层砌体结构的抗震分析,介绍了多层砌体抗震鉴定的一般流程、方法,并给出了抗震加固的建议,可为其它地震高烈度区多层砌体结构的抗震能力分析及加固提供参考。Because of its simple construction,economic and practical advantages,Multi-layer masonry buildings as a service to their present in all kinds of industrial and civil architecture in our country.It is very necessary to evaluate the existing buildings' seismic capability.The paper first introduce the flow chart of seismic appraisal,and with the seismic capability analysis of a multi-story masonry building in Xichang city,the general chart,method and reinforce suggestion for multi-story masonry building were given,which may be used for reference for seismic capability analysis and reinforcement of multi-story masonry building in high fortification intensity region.
