摘　　要：实验教学研究改革项目管理工作是高校实验教学环节中的重要组成部分。为建立创新型实验教学体系,提高实验教学改革管理工作效率,实现立项管理信息化、网络化,哈尔滨工程大学结合近年来实验教学改革立项工作的实际开展情况,通过优化管理工作流程、加强成果展示推广和实验资源共享等方面的建设,研究开发了项目管理系统,搭建了实验教学改革资源共享平台。以深化学校实验教学管理体制改革,推动实验教学研究与改革立项管理工作和服务水平迈上一个新的台阶。For setting up a creating experimental teaching system,boosting the management efficiency to realize informatization and networking be realized,Harbin engineering university not only optimized the management procedure,but also strengthened the construction of achievement display and spread of results,as well as resource sharing in the research and reform on experimental teaching.By means of the measures above,the project management system was developed,and the share platform of experimental teaching reform was also constructed.These will promote the management system reform of experimental teaching and raise the level of project management and service of research and reform on experimental teaching.
