摘  要:随着高校教育教学改革的深入发展,实验教学在人才培养中的作用越来越得到重视,实验教学环节在整个教学体系中的地位得到明显加强,越来越凸显其在培养学生实践能力和创新能力方面具有理论教学不可替代的作用。结合建设创新型国家战略对创新人才培养的需要,通过对实验教学人才培养功能的研究和对长期以来高校人才培养中普遍存在的实践能力和创新能力不足原因的剖析,并以近10年实验教学内容改革与创新的实践与效果为依据,提出了转变观念、解放思想,着力提高实验教学在人才培养方面的功能,是解决当前高校创新人才培养问题的必然要求。阐述了提高实验教学人才培养功能的有效途径是实验教学的改革与创新。With the development of education and teaching reform in universities and colleges,the role of experimental teaching in cultivating talents is becoming more and more important.Combining the need for innovation talents in building an innovation-oriented country,guiding by the Marxist epistemology and methodology,through studying the talents training functions of experimental teaching and analyzing the cause of that the students lack of practice ability and innovation ability is common in the cultivation of talents in university for a long time,and basing on the practice and effect of the experimental teaching content reform and innovation of the late decade,this paper put forward that emancipating thought,changing concept and improving the talents training functions of experiment teaching is very necessary to solve the problem of university innovation talents training.It also proposed that the experimental teaching content and methods reform and innovation is an effective way to improve the talents training functions of experimental teaching.
