摘 要:介绍了一锅炉热管空气预热器改造项目中自行设计研制的热管热真空制作技术及装置,并将该批研制的热管性能与以前本课题采用机械真空法所研制的热管性能进行对比测试,发现其等温性大有提高,性能衰减速度大降。同时,分析指出了该方法改善热管性能原因。This paper introduces self designed technology and device which are used to manufacture heat pipes for a reforming project of the air preheater of a boiler.Through comparison test,we find the isothermal property of the heat pipes manufactured by this method is better than that of those by mechanvacuum method we used before.This paper also discusses the causes of this improvement.: This paper introduces self designed technology and device which are used to manufacture heat pipes for a reforming project of the air preheater of a boiler.Through comparison test,we find the isothermal property of the heat pipes manufactured by this method is better than that of those by mechanvacuum method we used before.This paper also discusses the causes of this improvement.
