经鼻与经口胃镜检查的舒适度观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨经鼻胃镜检查的临床价值,减轻患者对该项检查的痛苦,提高检查质量。方法:对2009年10月至2010年5月期间,299例经鼻胃镜检查患者与301例经口胃镜检查患者进行舒适度的对比分析。结果:全部病例均能顺利完成检查。经鼻胃镜检查患者舒适度好于径口胃镜检查者(P<0.05)。心电监护仪显示,经鼻胃镜检查患者的心率上升值明显低于经口胃镜检查患者,(P<0.05)。而经鼻胃镜检查患者的血氧饱和度下降情况亦好于经口胃镜检查患者(P<0.01)。结论:经鼻胃镜由于外径细小,检查痛苦少,提高了患者的耐受程度。Objective： To evaluate the value of nasal gastroscopy in order to reduce the suffering of patients and improve the quality of examination.Methods： 299 cases of nasal gastroscopy and 301 cases of gastroscopy were observed.The comfort degree of patients were compared between two groups.Results： All patients could successfully complete the examination.The patients of nasal group felt more comfortable than that of oral group.ECG monitor showed that the increased value of heart rate and the reduction value of nasal group was lower.Conclusion： Nasal endoscopy as small diameter,less painful examination,the patient is easy to accept.
