摘　　要：总结25例早期胃癌内镜下黏膜剥离术的护理,术前做好充分的心理护理,取得患者及家属的配合,术后及时准确监测患者生命体征、临床症状及体征的变化,及时发现并处理各种潜在并发症,给予合理的运动及饮食指导保证患者顺利康复。Summarized nursing experiences of 25 patients with early gastric tumor treated by endodcopic submucosal dissdetion,we believe that key points of perioperative nursing include the following： adequately psychological nursing which is important to get cooperation of patients and families observing and recording vital signs,clinical symptoms and signs of postoperation timely which help to discover and deal with potential complication,directing reasonable exercise and diet of postoperation.
