开窗缝扎法治疗女性肛门前正中混合痔的疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]研究开窗缝扎法治疗女性肛门前正中混合痔的疗效。[方法]将60例患者随机分为两组。治疗组30例用开窗缝扎法治疗,对照组30例用外剥内扎术治疗。术后两组均使用相同的抗生素预防感染,应用高锰酸钾溶液坐浴及马应龙麝香膏外敷换药。[结果]两组临床疗效相当(P>0.05),但治疗组愈合天数显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后主要并发症(疼痛、出血、水肿、排尿障碍)评分比较,治疗组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.01)。1年内复发率治疗组亦显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]女性肛门前正中混合痔采用开窗缝扎法治疗与传统的外剥内扎术相比,具有愈合时间短、痛苦小、并发症少、充分保护肛门功能等优点。[Objective]To study the effect of opening-window and suturing-ligation operation for treating female mixed antero-meso hemorrhoid.[Methods]60 female patients with mixed antero-meso hemorrhoid were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 patients in each.The treatment group accepted opening-window and suturing-ligation operation,while the control group accepted Milligan-Morgan operation.Two groups both accepted same antibiotic for infection prevention,liquor potassic permanganate for hip bath and MaYingLong musk adhesive plaster for dressing change.[Results]Clinical effect of two groups showed no significant difference（P0.05） while the recovertime of treatment group was significantly shorter than that of control group（P0.05）.The score assessment of complications（ache,bleeding,edema,urinary dysfunction） in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）,and there was a significant difference in recurrence rate within one year between two groups（P0.01）.[Conclusion]Compared with Milligan-Morgan operation,the opening-window and suturing-ligation operation for treating female mixed antero-meso hemorrhoid has the advantages as shortening healing time,less pain,fewer complications and fully protecting the function of anus and so on.
