滋肾方对痴呆模型大鼠学习记忆能力的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药滋肾方对痴呆大鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法:采用D-半乳糖致亚急性衰老及鹅膏蕈氨酸化学损毁Meynert核复合方法建立Wistar大鼠痴呆模型,7 d后给予滋肾方中药,按生药5.2 g/kg.d-1,灌胃,连续给药20 d。应用电迷路法测试大鼠学习记忆成绩。结果:应用滋肾方治疗后,大鼠的学习和记忆成绩明显提高(P<0.01)。结论:滋肾方可以提高痴呆大鼠学习记忆能力,且效果比较明显。Objectives： To observe the effect of Zishen prescription on the learning and memory abilities in the AD model rats.Methods： we made compound AD model rats by damaging both sides of NBM with IA after injecting D-galactose into the abdominal cavity.After 7 d,administered the Zishen prescription daily,continuous 20 d.We used the trisected Y maze to test the learning and memory abilities in the AD model rats.Results： compound AD model rats by damaging both sides of NBM with IA after injecting D-galactose into the abdominal cavity are much more in keeping with the clinical and pathological progress of Alzheimer＇s disease.After treating with Zishen prescription,the learning and memory abilities of the AD model rats increased（P0.01）.Conclusions： the Zishen prescription could increased the learning and memory abilities in the AD model rats.
