摘　　要：在简述柔性管理的内涵、特点的基础上,论述了将柔性管理模式应用于大学生自主学习能力培养过程中的必要性和可行性,并着重论述了在大学生自主学习能力培养过程如何应用柔性管理模式的策略、方法和手段。The concept of flexible management model in modern enterprises is introduced into the cultivation of college students’ self-study abilities.This paper discusses the necessity and feasibility in the application of the flexible management model into the cultivation of college students’ self-study abilities,focusing on the strategy,method and means in applying their self-study abilities through the flexible management model on the basis of a brief explanation of the connotation and characteristics of the flexible management.
