单纯电针刺激对大鼠行为的影响

摘  要:目的观察电针刺激对大鼠行为学的影响,以探讨电针刺激在镇痛方面可能的机制。方法应用动物行为学方法观察单纯电针刺激对大鼠行为学的影响。结果疼痛组第一相、第二相自发缩足反射次数均较正常组明显增多(P<0.01),单纯电针刺激组第一相和第二相自发缩足反射次数较正常组无明显变化(P>0.05);疼痛刺激加电针刺激组与正常组相比,第一相缩足反射次数明显增多(P<0,01),而第二相缩足反射次数无明显变化(P>0.05);与疼痛刺激组相比,第一相缩足反射次数无明显变化(P>0.05),第二相缩足反射次数明显减少(P<0.01)。结论电针刺激可以抑制疼痛,但机制尚待进一步研究。Objective To study the effects of electro-acupuncture on the behavior of rats.MethodsThe writers observed the effects of electro-acupuncture on the behavior of rats using the method of animal behavioristics. ResultAfter pain stimulation,the times of contraction increased greatly compared with normal condition(P0.01).After electro-acupuncture stimulation,the times of contraction did not change greatly compared with normal group(P0.05).After pain and electro-acupuncture stimulation,the times of contraction in the second phase did not change greatly compared with normal group(P0.05),and the times of contraction in the first phase changed greatly(P0.01).However,compared with pain stimulated group,the times of contraction in the second phase decreased significantly(P0.01),but the times of contraction in the first phase did not change greatly. ConclusionElectro-acupuncture can inhibit pain.And it should be confirmed furthermore.
