摘　　要：数据传输网是海洋环境保障体系的重要组成部分,是连接立体观测系统、预报警报系统和信息综合处理系统以及用户之间的纽带和桥梁。重点研究分析了我国海上观测平台数据传输技术应用现状及存在的问题,提出了观测平台在执行统一的技术标准(正在制订中)前提下使用不同的通信设备时无需改变已有通信软硬件的技术方案。Data transmission network is an important part of the marine environmental security system,which is the bridge and link that connects the three-dimensional observation system,forecasting and warning system,information integrated processing system and users.The present application and existing problems of Chinese marine observation platforms＇ data transmission technology are emphasized.The technical schemes of the observation platform using different communication equipments without changing the existing hardware and software under the premise of implementing of unified technical standards（being drawn up now） is put forward.
