摘　　要：制备了填充活性炭、炭黑或天然石墨的中空纤维复合膜,用于有机蒸气/氮气分离。考察了填充剂类型、用量对这种膜分离正庚烷/氮气性能的影响,实验结果表明填充剂的加入提高了膜对正庚烷的选择渗透性,增大了正庚烷/氮气的分离因子。而且,适量的填充剂可明显增加膜的机械强度。The activated carbon,carbon black or natural graphite filled PDMS/PVDF composite hollow fiber membranes were prepared and used for the separation of organic vapor/nitrogen.The effects of filler types and contents on the performances of the membranes for n-heptane/nitrogen separation were investigated.The addition of the fillers improved the selective permeability of the membranes to n-heptane and the separation factors of the membranes for n-heptane/nitrogen.And more,the mechanical strength of the membranes filled with suitable fillers was obviously enhanced.
