摘　　要：3SNS注浆泵属往复式单作用三柱塞泵,是输送水泥浆或砂浆的注浆工程配套设备。该泵具有流量可调、泵压较高、单位时间排量稳定及装拆方便等优点,广泛应用于各类基础灌浆及替代泥浆泵用于地质钻探工程。但在运用过程中也存在水泥浆(尤其是水泥砂浆)容易堵塞进排道腔体,堵塞频率较高,增加了工程成本和劳动强度。结合生产实践,并与生产厂家共同探讨,对3SNS泵的泵头进行了改进,增大了球阀罩腔内尺寸,改进内腔结构,同时将进排道的原中间进浆改为两侧进浆,基本解决了水泥浆或水泥砂浆的堵塞,降低了机械故障率,减轻了劳动强度,取得了一定的经济效益。3SNS injection pump is a reciprocating mono-function three-piston pump,a transport equipment feeding cement or mortar grouting.The pump has advantages of adjustable flux,high pump press,stable emission in unit time and convenient disassembly.It is widely used in various types of foundation grouting and alternative drilling mud used in geological engineering.But there are problems in the use of slurry（especially cement）,it is easy to jam the cavity of channel with high blocking frequency,increased project costs and labor intensity.By production practice and discussion with manufacturers on 3SNS pump,the pump head was improved,increasing the valve cover cavity size,improved lumen structure,while the original middle injection in channels were changed from both sides of the pump,thus it solve on the whole the jam of cement mortar,reduce the mechanical failure rate,lighten the labor intensity,obtain the certain economic benefits.
