摘 要:以香蕉枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense)4号生理小种孢子悬浮液接种盆栽粉蕉(Musa ABB‘Fen jiao’)苗,观察粉蕉假茎组织细胞的发病特征.结果表明,接种后的粉蕉苗假茎出现维管束中间和边缘组织褐变症状,而盆内种植韭菜(Allium tuberosum)或淋洒韭菜汁的粉蕉苗接种后,维管束褐变减弱,并以盆内种植韭菜并淋洒韭菜汁者对香蕉枯萎病的抑制效果最好.After Musa ABB 'Fenjiao' seedlings(Fenjiao seedlings) was inoculated with Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense race 4 conidial suspension,the symptoms of pseudostem tissues of Fenjiao seedlings were observed.The results showed that both centre and edge of Fenjiao seedlings pseudostem vascular bundle became browning.However the browning of pseudostem vascular bundle became weaker,when Allium tuberosum grew together with Fenjiao seedlings or the Fenjiao seedlings were watered with the juice of A.tuberosum.The best inhibitory effect was obtained when the Fenjiao seedlings were grown together with A.tuberosum and watered with the juice of A.tuberosum at the same time.
