国外甘蔗品种/材料重要病害的检疫及检测

摘　　要：严格按照国际标准检疫程序要求对从法国、澳大利亚、菲律宾、泰国、缅甸、柬埔寨等国外引进的77个甘蔗品种/材料在昆明专用甘蔗检疫温室,进行了2个生长周期的病虫疫情监测,未发现疫情;并利用已建立的分子检测技术进行了甘蔗斐济病、花叶病、白条病和宿根矮化病等4种重要检疫性病害检测,结果有7个甘蔗品种/材料宿根矮化病呈阳性,其余均呈阴性,同时对呈阳性的甘蔗品种/材料进行了隔离处理,符合标准和要求,从而确保了国际合作甘蔗品种交换的顺利开展。Disease epidemic and insects damage were not discovered through observing inspection on 77 sugarcane varieties from France,Australia,Philippines,Thailand,Burma and Kampuchea within two growth cycles in Yunnan Kunming quarantine greenhouse according to quarantine program of international standards.Further,the molecular detection of four quarantinable sugarcane disease,Fiji disease,mosaic,leaf scald and ratoon stunting disease,were fulfilled by using established detection system,the detection results showed that all sugarcane varieties were negative but seven varieties were positive on RSD meanwhile isolated for them.Both quarantine inspection and molecular detection results met the importation standard and requirements,and were helpful to secure the exchange of international sugarcane varieties.
