农民对农业技术偏好与信息需求实证研究

摘　　要：采用参与式农村评价的调查方法,研究农民对农业技术偏好与信息需求特点,对象为南宁市江南区乡土人才、上思县和凭祥市的部分农民。研究结果表明:①农民最需要的农业技术是新品种、病虫害防治技术、高产栽培新技术,其次对养殖技术、信息技术也较为关注;②影响农户采用新技术最大因素是新技术产生的效益,其次为户主文化程度,第三为技术服务,影响最小的是户主性别;③农民解决农业生产中遇到的技术问题,主要依靠农业技术部门,其次为邻居亲戚朋友,再次为专家;④农民最关注的农业信息为实用技术信息、优良新品种信息、市场信息、高产栽培技术信息、病虫害防治信息,其次对农资供应及价格信息、政策信息、养殖技术信息也较为关注;⑤电视等大众媒体、村能人、农技员、邻居、技术示范等仍是目前农民获取农业信息的重要渠道,计算机网络、电话等将成为越来越重要的农业信息传播渠道。The participatory rural appraisal（PRA） method was used to study the farmers＇ preferences to agricultural technologies and information demand.The local talents in Jiangnan District of Nanning City and farmers both in Shangsi County of Fangcheng City and Pingxiang City were investigated in this study.The investigated results were as following：（i） Farmers＇ primary need of agricultural technologies included new variety information and techniques of pest control and high-yield cultivation.The minor need of agricultural technologies included rearing technique and information technology.（ii） The most important factor which affected farmers＇ behavior of adopting new agricultural technologies was the benefit brought by the new agricultural technologies,followed by farmers＇ educated background,technology service modes and sex of farmers.（iii） Farmers mainly turned to the department of agricultural technology when they were faced with technical problems in production,followed by neighbors,relatives and friends,and experts.（iv） Farmers preferred to search agricultural information on agricultural practical techniques,new quality varieties,market,high-yield cultivation and pest control.The agricultural information on price of agriculture products,agricultural policy and rearing techniques were secondary preferences for farmers.（v） Farmers still obtained agricultural information from traditional media,elites of farmers,agro-technicians and technology demonstration.Computer network and telephone are playing an increasingly important part in agricultural information spreading.
