云南现代烟草农业灾害保险费率探索

摘　　要：文章以云南烟叶灾害保险费率为研究对象,根据保费率研究理论,假设旱灾、洪涝、冰雹、风灾和病虫害的公顷均受灾、成灾和绝收产量相等,且符合均匀分布函数;假设烟叶产量符合线性分布函数,进而建立灾害受灾程度与烟叶产量损失的线性函数。利用云南开展现代烟草农业以来的灾害数据,以及云南现代烟草农业的种植面积、产量,最后得出云南全省现代烟草农业的保费率是5.30%,该数值与云南各地采用的费率数值基本相当。Using the disaster insurance rate of Yunnan tobacco as the research objective,the paper supposed to Uniform Distribution Function of droughts,floods,hails,wild disasters and insect diseases for their equal loss of disasters and none-harvest,according to the theories of insurance rate.Assumed to the Linear Distribution Function of tobacco outputs,it will establish the linear function between disaster extension and outputs of tobacco.Though the disasters data since the modern tobacco agriculture and the planting areas and yield of Yunnan tobacco,it has got 5.30 percent of insurance rate of Yunnan tobacco,which is almost the same as the value in some prefectures of Yunnan.
