摘 要:目的探讨1991—2007年中国南方地区乙型流感流行株与WHO疫苗推荐株在HA1区的氨基酸差异。方法收集近17年间中国南方地区乙型流感流行株与WHO疫苗推荐株的血凝素重链(HA1)区的氨基酸序列,用BioEdit生物软件进行比较,分析两者之间在HAl及其抗原决定簇位点的氨基酸差异。结果在这17年中,有近1/3的年份,中国南方地区流行株与疫苗株之间的谱系不符;而在谱系相同的状况下,WHO疫苗推荐株与前两年流行株的符合性较与当时流行株的符合性更好(P<0.05)。从系统进化树也可看出这一趋势。结论 WHO推荐的乙型流感疫苗株与中国南方地区乙型流感流行株之间,存在明显的滞后现象,中国应当推出适合于自己的流感疫苗株。Objective To understand the differences of the Amino acid sequences in HA1 regions between the vaccine strains recommended by WHO and the epidemic strains of influenza virus B in southern China from 1991 to 2007.Methods Amino acid sequences in HA1 region of the epidemic strains in southern China in the past 17 years were collected and compared with the vaccine strains of influenza virus B by using BioEdit software,analyzing the differences of the amino acid sequences in HA1 region.Results During the past 17 years,it was nearly one-third years that the epidemic strains was different from the vaccine strains in lineage,even in the same lineage,the vaccine strains was closer to the epidemic strains in the past two years than those current epidemic strains(P0.05).This phenomenon could also be viewed in the phylogenetic tree.Conclusion There was an obvious lag between vaccine strains recommended by WHO and the epidemic strains of influenza virus B in southern China,and the suitable vaccine strains should be developed.
