摘  要:梯形导向浮阀塔板在川西北脱硫装置的成功应用,从塔设备操作、处理能力和塔板压降等方面都明显优于F1型浮阀塔板,提高了装置的平稳性和经济效益。随着中坝雷三气藏进入开采后期,原料气量已经接近装置适应性改造后的处理下限,处理装置操作难度越来越大。本文重点对吸收塔、再生塔塔板的流体力学,以及负荷性能图进行了核算和分析,以便为该厂后续生产控制提供参考。The success of the trapezoidal directed valve tray used in tbc northwest Sichuan desulphurization plant, whose operation of equipments, processing capacity and tray pressure drawdown and so on are better than F1 floating valve tray, has improved the device stability and economic benefits. As the Zhongba Thunder Third gas reservoir is in the later stage of exploitation, the amount of raw material gas has been near the lower limitation of the device after adaptive improvements, the purification plant operation is becoming more and more difficult. In order to provide a reference for the factorys follow-up production control, this paper also focuses on the calculation and analysis of the absorption column and regeneration column's hydrodynamics and load performance curves.
