摘 要:随着互联网的普及和旅游电子商务的发展,越来越多的旅游者通过网络搜索旅游信息,预定旅游产品.目前,网络旅游信息搜索行为已经成为旅游者行为研究的重要内容.运用描述性统计研究了黄山国内旅游者的日常网络旅游信息搜索行为特征,并对搜寻信息内容进行了聚类分析.研究发现:网络已经成为旅游者的首要信息渠道;旅游者对网络旅游信息信任度一般;图片、文字、视频、动画等是旅游者较偏好的信息表现形式;旅游者最为关注的是功能性旅游信息,其次是附属性信息和网络口碑信息;不同性别、年龄、文化程度的旅游者所搜寻的信息内容也存在一定差异.最后,得出了四点结论,并对旅游网站的建设提出了一些建议.With the popularization of internet and the development of tourism e-commerce,more and more tourists search tourism information and reserve travel products on the web.Online tourism information searching behavior has become an important filed of tourist behavior research.Descriptive statistics and cluster analysis methods are used to analyze the domestic tourist online tourism information searching behavior in Huangshan City.The findings are as follows: the internet has become tourist's primary source of tourism information;tourist's trust to online information is not very high;pictures,text,video and animation are tourists preferable information forms;that tourists are most concerned about is the functional information,followed are subsidiary information and online reputation information.There are also differences in searching tourism information content among tourists who have different gender,age,education.Finally,based on the study findings,four conclusions are discussed and some suggestions for the travel websites construction are provided.
