摘　　要：提出了一种基于ＤＳＳ的非结构化问题信息处理机制，通过确定问题的主题数据库来建立该问题的信息解释结构模型，然后将决策者的信息处理能力与模型所提供的信息效用价值相结合，定义了信息效能的概念，用以指导ＤＳＳ的信息处理过程．The paper puts forward an information processing mechanism of non\|structured problems.Its principle is firstly to construct a model named information interpret structure model, and then to define the subject database of the model.Based on information processing ability of the decision maker and the information utility value derived from the model, we introduce a new concept——information efficacy in order to guide the procedure of decision.Finally,the further research direction is pointed out.
