摘　　要：本文以中国矿业大学理工科女大学生为研究对象,以访谈法为主,在多角度差异比较的基础上总结出理工科女大学生的就业压力来源及应对方式的整体特点。最终提出缓解理工科女大学生就业压力的对策。This paper,taking female students of China University of Mining and Technology as a research object,summarizes the main characteristics of the pressure source of employment for female science and engineering students and the countermeasures based on difference comparison from many angles by using interview method.Finally,it gives some countermeasures for them to relieve the employment pressure.
