摘　　要：理念是管理者思维的基本准则,是指导管理行为和构建管理模式的思想基础。公安交警部门要在科学理念的指引下,不断适应经济社会形势发展的需要,积极探索符合实际的交通管理工作对策,实施科学有效的交通管理措施。Concepts are the basic standards in administrators＇mind.Under the guidance of scientific concepts,the traffic administrative department of public security bureau has actively explored countermeasures that match the real traffic control and implemented scientific and effective traffic control measures so as to satisfy the needs of social scientific and economic development.
