摘　　要：具有创新能力的高素质军事人才对夺取军事上的主动权具有特殊的重要意义。本文结合国防科学技术大学物理创新实践基地的实际情况,从提高学员兴趣入手,通过加强对学员创新能力的培养,促进学员创新思维的形成,不断探索与时俱进的运行模式,以适应担负培养大批高素质新型军事人才的重任。It is of great significance to have the innovation ability for high-quality military talents seize the military initiative.In light of the actuality of the physics innovation base in NUDT,we explore the operational mode continuously to complete the mission of training a large number of high-quality military cadets with innovation ability by increasing the cadets＇ interest,strengthening the training of innovation ability and promoting the formation of their creative way of thinking.
