摘　　要：以某区土地利用数据库为研究对象,探讨土地更新调查与建库过程中遇到的技术问题,利用GIS技术通过实践工作研究解决问题的方法,并利用GIS组件技术进行二次开发,解决了数据入库、空间赋值、坐标转换等技术问题。Taking land use database in a region as the research object,this article discusses the technical problems encountered in the process of the database building,land updating and survey.By using GIS technique and through the practice of research methods to solve the problems,and by using component technology for secondary development,the data inventory,space assignment,coordinate transformation technical problems are solved.
