连续级配矸石压缩性能的试验研究

摘　　要：为了研究连续级配矸石的压缩性能,在实验室进行了矸石压缩试验,通过对压缩过程中轴压、侧压和矸石压缩量的测定,得出矸石压缩规律。研究结果表明:压缩率-轴压关系曲线是一条非线性曲线,可以用指数函数来描述;侧压曲线关系式可以用线性函数来描述;相同轴压的情况下,试验指数为0.6时,侧压系数最大,试验指数为0.3时,侧压系数最小;压缩率—应力差曲线都可以用指数函数来描述。In order to study the compression performance of discontinuous gradation gangue,gangue compression test was made in the laboratory,gangue compression law was researched based on the determination of axial pressure and side pressure and gangue compression value in compression process.The results of the study show that：relation curve of compression ratio and axial compression is a nonlinear curve according with exponential function.side pressure curve equation is according with the linear function.Under the condition of the same axial pressure,coefficient of side pressure is the most maximum when test index is 0.6,coefficient of side pressure is the most minimum when test index is 0.3.The curve of compression ratio and stress difference is according with the exponential function.
