摘　　要：在对食品应急物流的定义、特点和存在的问题进行分析后,提出了常态下在不涉及国家军事机密的前提下,军队的食品配送可外包给3PL。这样在应急情况下3PL更能有效地与军队、食品供应商进行有效的协同运作。另外,将应急物流分为三个阶段,并对其运作模式进行了研究。In this paper,in the emergency logistics for food the definition,characteristic and the analysis of existing problems,this paper presented the norm in does not involve the premise of national military secrets,the army food distribution can be outsourced to3PL.So in emergency cases 3PL with more effectively troops,food suppliers for effective coordinated operation.In addition,emergency logistics will be divided into three stages,and its operation mode are studied.
