摘　　要：运用实证研究,选取了1996到2008年中国国内专利申请量和专利授权量,计算出最能体现专利价值的专利授权率,同时选取了1996年到2005年的中国真实储蓄率,测算了自主创新与可持续发展的相关系数,得出自主创新与可持续发展之间不存在显著的相关关系,由此建议我国在实施可持续发展战略的过程中应坚持全面、协调发展的观点,而不能偏重某一个方面的发展。Vertical hoisting cabinet,with pallet as its storage unit,is a modern logistics system with real-time warehouse management equipment.The lift delivers pallet to operator or suitable place through lifting and dropping the extractor.From three aspects this paper introduces optimization design of internal structure in vertical hoisting cabinet,thus reduce production cost and improve the overall performance of the container operation,have a bigger share of the market and improve market competitiveness.
