摘　　要：结合国际海事公约的有关规定,认真履行STCW78/10公约关于船舶保安方面的修正案,加强船舶保安培训提高保安意识,增强船舶防海盗的应对策略和船员防海盗技能,切实保障海上安全。combined with relevant regulations of IMO conventions,to implement earnestly STCW 78/10 convention amendments about ship security,strengthen ship security training,enhance security awareness,strengthen ship anti-piracy policies and crew anti-piracy skill,so as to protect safety enviroment at sea.
