摘  要:针对纺织厂清梳车间开清棉联合机运转效率低下、工艺流程复杂、生产管理水平不能满足实际需求的现状,在局域网环境下,为开清棉联合机设计了一种分散式采集、集中式管理的监测系统;利用串口通信技术、计算机控制技术、链表list和循环队列技术,构建了一种较通用的通信协议,并提出了一种曲线更新算法,实现了开清棉联合机生产产量与质量数据的实时采集、处理、计算和存储。实践证明,开清棉联合机监测系统数据采集准确,主要功能满足了开清棉联合机生产管理的实际需要,而且系统结构简洁、易维护,有利于系统功能的扩充和升级。Currently the opening and cleaning cotton carding combined machine is running inefficiently,with complex process workflow and low management level,hence it cannot meet the actual needs in the production.To address these issues,the actual requirements of users were studied deeply.In the LAN(local area network) environment,a distributed collection and centralized management monitoring system was designed for cleaning cotton carding combined machine,and by using advanced serial communication technology,computer control technology,list technology and circular queue technology,a common communication protocol was constructed.A curve updating algorithm was proposed along with the detailed introduction of the system architecture,and main management functions.As proved by application,the monitoring system of cleaning cotton carding combined machine can collect production data correctly,and meet the actual requirements of production management of blowing-carding workshop,furthermore it is simple in structure,easy to maintain,and conducive to the expansion and upgrading of system functions.
