摘 要:在张掖市甘州区平山湖乡荒漠草原,设计了草原围栏封育,人工饲草料种植,饲草料加工利用及绒山羊改良等试验,结果表明:通过围栏休牧,2007,2008和2009年围栏休牧草地比自由放牧草地,植被盖度分别高出23.57%,18.47%和49.65%,生物量也分别高出34.08%,24.12%和50.78%;通过青贮玉米饲料地的建植,高产饲用玉米产量为13 428.8 kg/hm2,饲草干草产量提高3.26倍;玉米秸秆青贮后的利用率较未处理前提高35.83%,秸秆切碎后的利用率较整株饲喂提高25.83%;绒山羊杂交改良后,F1代羔羊产绒量提高26.7%,成活率提高7.8%。The study conducted the trial of grassland fencing,forage sowing and processing,cashmere goats improvement in desert grassland in Pingshanhu Township,Ganzhou County,Zhangye City.The results showed that the vegetation coverage in fenced grassland were higher than free grazing pasture 23.57%,18.47%,49.65% respectively in 2007,2008 and 2009.The biomass of fenced pasture were also higher than free grazing pasture 34.08%,24.12%,50.78% respectively.The yield of silage maize was 13 428.8 kg/hm2.The utilization rate of maize stalks after making silage increased 35.83% than before,and the utilization rate of maize straw after chopping increased 25.83% than feeding whole plant to animals,After crossbreeding,the yield of cashmere wool of F1 increased 26.7% and survival rate increased 19.7%.
