摘　　要：随着清中叶八旗生计问题的恶化,以及外敌对边疆地区的不断侵扰,再加上战争、天灾等原因,清政府开始转变政策,加强对东北地区的管理,鼓励汉族人出关垦荒。三姓地区几经弛禁,终以汉族人口占据主体,这给三姓地区的发展带来了重要影响。Due to failure of closing and prohibiting policy,deterioration of eight-banner＇s living condition,incessant harassment on the frontier area from foreign enemies,battle,and natural disasters,Qing government began to strengthen administration of the Northern East,and encourage people open up wasteland for farming out of Shanhai Pass.After Sanxing migrations experiencing opium,bartering,and planting indulgingly,the Hans took up the major population in the end,as have an important influence on development of Sanxing area.
