摘　　要：目的规范处方书写,提高处方质量,促进合理用药。方法对医院处方点评工作的具体实践进行总结。结果处方点评制度的实施,使处方质量有了较大提高,促进了临床合理用药。结论探索符合我国国情的处方点评工作模式具有重大的现实意义。Objective To standardize the prescription writing for improving the quality of prescription and promoting the rational use of drugs. Methods The specific practice of the prescription comment work in our hospital was summarized. Results Through the implementation of prescription comment system, a great improvement on the quality of prescription in our hospital was achieved and the clinical rational use of drugs was promoted. Conclusion Exploring the working mode of the prescription comment in line with our national conditions is of great practical significance.
