摘　　要：目的分析医院围手术期患者抗菌药物预防应用情况,促进临床合理用药。方法根据《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》以及国际Altemeyer外科手术与种类标准分类,对2010年医院手术预防应用抗菌药物的适应证、药物选择、用药时机及用药时间进行分类统计。结果Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ类切口预防用药合理率分别为30.26%,40.74%,41.67%。结论医院手术科室在围手术期预防应用抗菌药物存在不合理用药,应加强管理。Objective To investigate the present situation of preventive antibacterial application to perioperative cases in our hospital for promoting rational drug use in clinic. Method.s According to the Clinical Antibacterial Use Guiding Principle and international Altemeyer Surgery and Classification of Kinds Standard, the preventive antibacterial applications to type I, n, m operative incisions in our hospital during 2010 were sorted and statistically analyzed on the aspects of indication, variety choice, medication opportunity and medication time. Results The rational rates of preventive antibacterial application Conclusion Unreasonable preventive antibacterial use exists in in 3 types of incisions were 30.26%, 40. 74% and 41.67% respectively. the surgical departments of our hospital, which should be strengthened in management.
