摘　　要：本文报道我们设计的快速轴流ＣＯ_２激光器和实验结果，激光器的光学谐振腔为三折Ｚ形折叠半共焦腔，输出耦合镜为ＧａＡｓ材料，透过率为７２％的，得到最大输出功率２５３０Ｗ，电光转换效率最高达到２４％。This paper reports a fast axial flow CO_2 laser designed by our own and the experimental result,discusses some concerned problems with the designing. The optical resonant cavity of the laser is a three-time-folded half-symmetric one with an output coupler of transmissivity of 72% made of GaAs,the maximum output power of 2530w and efficiency of 24% were reached.
