摘　　要：中国区域经济的发展需要地方政府紧密合作,但地方政府间利益冲突使得合作过程产生了不确定性并导致一系列问题。本文在博弈理论的框架下对这些问题进行了系统分析并进而研究其解决机制。China regional economic development needs close cooperation between local governments, but the conflicts of interest makes cooperation process produce uncertainty and lead to a series of problems. Based on the game theory framework, this essay systematically analyze these problems, and then study the solution mechanism.
