摘　　要：在气象卫星数据接收系统中,卫星轨道根数的准确性直接影响到气象卫星资料的接收质量。根据对卫星Keps根数文件格式的分析,在VB 6.0环境下设计了每天定时获取,编辑整理,并通过串口将Keps根数文件发送至任务调度计算机的方法,不仅可以满足临时增加接收计划的需要,而且实现了Keps根数文件的安全、稳定传输,提高了工作效率。In meteorological satellite data acquisition system, the accuracy of satellite orbital element influences the recep tion quality of the meteorological satellite data directly. According to the analysis of Keplerian Elements files, a method which can get, edit, and send Keplerian Elements to the scheduling computer automatically every day on time under VB environment was designed. It can not only meet the needs of adding temporary receiving schedule, but also realize safe and stable transmission of Keplerian Elements, and improve the operation efficiency.
