摘　　要：将一类有机配合物 ＮＧＣ（ｎａｐｈｔｈｙｌｉｍｉｎｅ－ｇａｌｌｉｕｍ ｃｏｍｐｌｅｘ）溶于氯仿 中，加入少量ＰＭＭＡ后用旋涂法制得单层薄膜电致发光器件，得到了稳定的蓝色 发光。在这些配合物中掺入适量ＰＰＶ衍生物，可将蓝色发光提高几十倍，这归结于 载流子的平衡注入。Monolayer organic light emitting diode based on the nephthylimine-gallium complex containing a little PMMA have been fabricated by spin coating method. Stable blue emission has been observed. The emission intensity and the luminescent efficiency inerease several tens times when a PPV derivative is doped. The results have been attribut ed to the improvement of charge injection balance.
